Private Lessons
• Privates are available for all children over the age of 3.
• Below the age of 3, lessons are available on weekday mornings only.
Durations: 20 minutes • 25 minutes • 30 minutes
• Sibling Lessons are a great way to start 2 children at the same time, though it may not be the long term solution for both.
• Pairing with a buddy is always a fun introduction to lessons, but again, may not be the long term solution.
• Our team will make suggestions if we think a different option will help either student.

Still a beginners class, but we expect the kids to start working on their listening skills while being able to follow basic instructions from adults.

We dub this a "Parent Assist" class because Coach Jay insists on safety, first and foremost. However, we would very much like this age group to be able to start following directions in a group setting. This group can excel, but still needs hands-on at all times.

New for 2026!
4-Year-Olds - No Parents
• Parents, you're off the hook! But listening and safety is of the utmost importance as your kids join a group class.
• 2 Instructors with 4 students means every student must be on their best behavior and exhibit good listening and respect towards instructors.

Grade School Levels
All grades are suggestions. Kids MUST be 100% comfortable with putting their faces underwater before joining Level 1.

Students are comfortable underwater and beginning to "rocket" on their own.
4:2 Instructors

Students are starting to swim for distance while working on breathing in between strokes.

Students are learning to swim across the entire pool, while starting to work on different strokes and treading water techniques.

Coach Jay must approve all students for this class, as all swimmers must be 100% safe prior to joining.
Level 4: "Stroke Improvement"
Level 5: "Big Kids Exercise"
This class is a combination of the 2 classes. We are continuing to strengthen our techniques while working on conditioning through fun and games. Coach Jay's own daughters still partake in this class regularly.
